The Samedi 29 Game 8 is a serious 27.5″ eMTB with 170mm travel front suspension, designed for rough mountain trails and downhill use.

First impressions are how sleek and agile the bike looks. Next, how well the battery integration works in combination with its semi-integrated motor. The Game 8 is indeed a very cool cat. Not only does it have looks to kill, but performance and component levels to match. It boasts variable thickness 6061 T4 T6 aluminium hydroformed tubes for ultimate strength yet remains lightweight.

Featuring a bespoke enduro design race geometry, the Samedi 29 Game 8 is ready to blow the competition out of the water. The frame architecture offers one of the lowest centre’s of gravity on the market resulting in amazing efficiency.

Unique Combination of Components
Front suspension is taken care of via a set of classy, ebike specific FOX Float 38 Factory Grip2 forks. With a long 170mm travel and reinforced stanchions, the FOX’s really do out-perform much of the competition. On the rear is Moustache’s own and highly acclaimed ‘Magic Grip Control’ shock. It’s hugely positive press reviews confirm superb performance and resilience. The hard anodized coating ensures low friction and dynamic rebound control for insane grip on the rear. As a result, the ride is perfectly balanced and stable. There’s lots of traction without any wallow, and zero bob when hard pedaling!

Steering is strong and precise with great handling thanks to a 780mm wide handlebar that’s both relatively lightweight and tough!

Ultra powerful and progressive Shimano XT 4-piston hydraulic disc brakes are super-responsive. Furthermore, they feel precise, powerful and enduring. 203mm rotors on both front and rear ensure immense stopping power at all times.

The Samedi 29 Game 8 is powered by Bosch’s Performance CX (Gen4) motor, the most powerful and highest torque (85Nm) in the Bosch range. eMTB mode as standard, the Game 8 adapts easily to all types of terrain. Powered by a whopping 625Wh fully integrated battery ensures extended range and hours of fun on the downhills and trails.

Bursting with Features
The Game 8 features double wall alloy rims, that are both strong and lightweight. They’re eBike specific, 31mm wide and tubeless compatible. It’s both stable and agile thanks to a set of 29×2.50 Maxxis Assegai tyres, tubeless compatible on the front and rear. The 29er sized tyres offer immense forward momentum, as well as providing the perfect balance of grip and maneuverability.

The high end Shimano XT 12-speed gearing combines with a huge range 10-51T cassette that will help conquer any potentially grueling ascent. The Samedi 29 Game 8 is indeed capable of climbing the very steepest of hills with ease!

As expected, there’s a fully integrated KS-Ragei dropper seat-post utilising a hydraulic cartridge and remote lever.
