Mekk have entered 2013 with a range of road bikes for everyone, including their entry level AL Pinerolo (Aluminium) range progressing up to the 4G Primo range. They are offering a build for all riders whether you're pro racer or if you just fancy a quick leisure ride at the weekend, each built to the highest standard by a company who have been in the bicycle design and manufacture business for the past 10 years. The Mekk Pinerolo series starts with the AL ZR, this has Sora front and rear mech's, Super lite aluminium triple butted frame with seamless tubing and a carbon fork all for £549.99! Next up is the AL 1.0 which upgrades to full Sora 9 speed and Shimano R500 wheels at £699.99, followed by the 1.5 with full Tiagra 10 speed at £799.99 and the 2.0 with full 105 at £999.99. The last in the aluminium series is the AL 3.0 which at only £1199.99 with full Ultegra this is definitely one to watch for 2013. Mekk have focused on getting the best spec and frame combination at a super low price, they have achieved this by using Shimano R500 wheels throughout their AL range, this means with a simple wheel upgrade you can create your own custom super-light road bike....
